We are looking for a Machine Learning Engineer to drive the development of AI-powered solutions, with a focus on research and model optimization. This role requires expertise in designing, training, and refining machine learning models.

Your responsibilities will include developing machine learning models, analyzing data, and implementing best practices in feature engineering and model evaluation. To succeed in this role, you should have strong programming skills, experience with ML frameworks, and a deep understanding of statistical principles.

Responsibilities

• Design, train, and evaluate machine learning models, optimizing for performance and scalability.
• Develop efficient data pipelines, ensuring high-quality training and inference data.
• Analyze and compare ML algorithms to determine the most effective approaches.
• Explore and visualize data to identify patterns and insights.
• Implement feature engineering, data augmentation, and validation strategies.

• Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI, ML, and NLP technologies.

Skills And Qualifications

• 0-2 years of experience as an ML Engineer, NLP Engineer, or related role.
• Proficiency in machine learning techniques and strong programming skills in Python, with experience in fundamental ML concepts and practical implementation.
• Ability to write efficient, clean, and optimized Python code for ML applications.
• Expertise in working with large datasets, feature engineering, and statistical modeling.
• Deep understanding of text representation techniques (e.g., embeddings, transformers, n-grams) and NLP-specific tools (such as Hugging Face, spaCy, or NLTK).
• Experience with vector databases and efficient retrieval techniques.
• Familiarity with Generative AI models like GPT, Gemini, and related large language models (LLMs).
• Strong knowledge of software engineering principles, including testing, debugging, and optimization.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, AI, or a related field.
