Ready to become the go-to expert for enterprise endpoint infrastructure? We're partnering with an established organization to find a skilled Endpoint Administrator who can deliver exceptional technical support and maintain seamless desktop and cloud environments at scale.

What You'll Do: You'll be responsible for deploying and maintaining core desktop environments, managing cloud-based services, and ensuring smooth operations across the entire endpoint infrastructure. Working with a collaborative team, you'll resolve escalated technical issues, support application and OS deployments, and assist with migration initiatives to modern platforms like InTune and EntraID.

This role functions as 2nd level support. You'll package applications, troubleshoot endpoint problems, and document SOPs. If you've supported large-scale endpoint environments and understand hybrid infrastructures (on-prem + cloud), this is your opportunity to shine.

What You Bring:

• Hands-on experience supporting enterprise-level endpoints (several hundred +) with Intune
• Solid expertise with Microsoft 365, Azure Active Directory/Entra ID, and endpoint security solutions
• Strong background deploying and supporting Windows devices, Office365, and cloud services
• Scripting skills that make automation second nature
• The ability to work independently, communicate clearly, and collaborate across teams
• Comfort in fast-paced environments where complex problems need solving
