Jeza Services Inc. – Ottawa-based but operating across Canada

Jeza Services Inc. is growing commercial installation and maintenance company working with major national clients including hospitals, universities, airports, industrial manufactures and large retailers. The majority of our clients are based in the Ottawa area but we also work across Canada, for example last year we installed paper towel, toilet paper and soap dispensers at more than 60 Amazon locations across Canada. We also installed paper towel dispenser at 158 schools in London Ontario in 2025. On average our team is working outside of Ottawa for 75+ days a year.

We are seeking candidates who are reliable, mechanically inclined with basic carpentry skills that enjoy staying busy, solving problems and are interested in working in different environments throughout Canada.

This is a long-term career opportunity for someone who takes pride in quality workmanship and wants to grow with a company expanding nationally.

Responsibilities

• Install commercial fixtures and equipment (dispensers, retail items, bathroom fixtures)
• Perform light commercial maintenance and repairs
• Travel across Canada for multi-day projects (all travel expenses paid)
• Assemble seasonal retail products such as: bicycles, BBQs, patio furniture, displays, etc.

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license
• Reliable personal vehicle
• Some level of mechanical understanding and construction experience required
• Bicycle mechanic experience considered an asset
• Comfortable with travel and occasional extended project schedules
• Able to work overtime during large contracts
• Must pass criminal background check as we work in schools and other sensitive environments

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: $65,000–$70,000 based on experience
• Retention bonuses up to $10,000+ in Year 1
• Company pickup truck can be provided after probation
• All travel expenses paid
• Two weeks paid vacation + paid sick days
• Advancement opportunities as company grows (Looking at US expansion in next 2 years)

Pay: $65,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
