Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and technically skilled IT Support / System Engineer to manage and support our IT infrastructure.

The candidate will be responsible for hardware, software, network troubleshooting, and ensuring smooth day-to-day IT operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT hardware
• Install, configure, and maintain operating systems and applications
• Handle user support queries and resolve issues within defined timelines
• Manage and monitor network systems, LAN/WAN connectivity
• Assist in server administration (basic level preferred)
• Support backup management and data recovery processes
• Work on firewall configuration and security protocols (preferred)
• Provide support for AV systems and conferencing setups
• Coordinate with vendors for FMS (Facility Management Services) and external support
• Maintain proper documentation of IT assets and issue logs

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of computer hardware and troubleshooting
• Basic understanding of networking concepts (IP, DNS, DHCP)
• Familiarity with Windows OS and basic server environments
• Problem-solving skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure

Preferred Qualifications

• IT Hardware Certification (mandatory or preferred)
• Exposure to Firewall, Backup, Server Administration
• Experience in FMS support / AV systems is an added advantage

Education

• Diploma / bachelors degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
