What you’ll do:

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized worksite; contribute ideas to improving processes and outcomes
• Install and finish drywall of all sizes and types using current construction methods
• Prepare all areas to be painted, to include scraping old paint, drywall repair, caulk removal, electrical plate removal, taping and laying of drop cloths
• Remove Carpet, Vinyl floor, hardwood, and flooring-related tasks as required
• Carpet, Vinyl floor, hardwood installation and flooring-related tasks as required
• Build, install, and finish custom carpentry for renovations, kitchens, baths, and additions
• Frame, rough and finish carpentry, and ensure accurate measurements and fit
• Install millwork and cabinets to high standards of quality and precision
• Remove and install electrical outlets, ceiling lights, recess lights, and light switches,
• Collaborate with other trades to coordinate workflow to deliver top-notch results on schedule
