Job Description
- Engage with potential donors through structured outbound calls
- Communicate our mission with clarity, conviction, and authenticity
- Convert conversations into long-term donor relationships, not just one-time contributions
- Consistently achieve and exceed fundraising targets
- Maintain high-quality donor data and follow-up pipelines
- Represent the organization with professionalism and integrity
- 1–5 years of experience in telecalling, inside sales, or fundraising
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Strong storytelling and persuasion skills
- Fluent in Tamil and English (multi-language ability is a plus)
- High resilience, discipline, and ownership mindset
- Genuine interest in social impact and nonprofit work
- Experience in NGO fundraising or donor management
- Ability to handle high-value donor conversations
- Consistent performer in incentive-driven roles
- Strong listening skills and empathy
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
