  • 4–8+ years of experience in Data Engineering, Backend Engineering, or a similar data-focused role.
  • Strong experience designing and maintaining data pipelines and ETL/ELT workflows.
  • Advanced SQL skills and experience with relational data modeling.
  • Experience working with cloud data platforms (Azure preferred).
  • Knowledge of data reliability, observability, and data quality frameworks.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills in cross-functional engineering environments.

Preferred Experience

  • Experience with Snowflake, Azure, SQL Server, and Power BI.
  • Familiarity with data lakehouse architecture and modern data platforms.
  • Experience supporting machine learning pipelines or AI-enabled applications.
  • Ability to balance short-term delivery with long-term data architecture strategy.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is a data-focused engineer who enjoys building scalable, reliable data infrastructure that powers analytics, machine learning, and data-driven products. You bring an engineering mindset to data platforms, and you are passionate about creating systems that enable smarter insights and automation.
