Senior Chartered Accountant

We are looking to appoint one Senior Chartered Accountant for our Corporate Office at Nagpur in Maharashtra. The incumbent should be qualified Chartered Accountant having post qualification experience of 15 to 20 years in entire gamut of Project Finance & Corporate Finance areas and working in Corporate Sector with any reputed Manufacturing or Infrastructure Company. Candidate having better academics and having good command over English language as well as Microsoft Excel, Power Point & other relevant Accounting Software will be given preference.

The selected Candidate will be designated as DGM / Additional GM / GM, depending on his / her Work Experience and Calibre and will reports directly to Associate Director & CFO.

Job Profile:

Having Work Experience in Corporate Finance, Project Finance in majority of the following Work areas:

• Preparation of Project Reports and related documents for Financing of large size Projects.
• Handling Lenders Engineers Reporting.
• Handling Merchant Bankers, Investment Bankers, Research Analysts.
• Assisting in preparation of Techno Economic Feasibility Reports.
• Preparation of CMA Data.
• Ratio Analysis.
• Detailed Financial Modelling & Appraisal.
• Preparation of Presentations, Press Releases for Financials.
• Assistance in Finalization of Annual Report.
• Fund Planning.
• Drafting of Letters.
• Debt Syndication.
• Raising Working Capital and Term Loans, renewals, handling Stock Audits.
• Liasioning, Appraisal & Dealing with various Bankers, Financial Institutions and Foreign Investors.
• Equity Issuance.
• Loan Documentation and Security Perfection.
• Compliances and MIS.
• Dealing with Top level Commercial, Legal and Financial Consultants.
• Handling Credit Ratings.
• Fixed Assets and Business Valuations, title search reports.
• Corporate Reporting and Corporate Communications.
• Stakeholders engagement.
• Regulatory and contractual compliances.
• Sound Communication skills.
