OFFICE ADMIN CLERK

LOCATION: PRINCE ALBERT, SK

JAY'S TRANSPORTATION GROUP LTD. is a subsidiary of The Mullen Group and is one of the largest household moving, storage and freight transportation companies in Saskatchewan. We provide direct freight service to over 550 locations in the province, and as an agent for Atlas Van Lines, we offer local and long-distance moving services.

Responsibilities

· Provide exceptional customer service to all internal and external customers

· Administration duties including answering phones, helping customers, maintaining file system, mail distribution, etc.

· Duties related to Moving including claims, customer appointments, selling packing material, storage unit rentals

· Freight duties include scheduling, ensuring all paperwork is completed properly and ready, assisting drivers with issues

· Handle petty cash, cash counts & Bank Deposits

· Accounts payable processing and receivable collection

· Inside moving sales

· Miscellaneous duties as assigned

Qualifications

· Ability to function well under pressure

· Must have high quality interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a team environment.

· Deal effectively with the public, outside agencies and co-workers

· Must be detail oriented

· Excellent computer skills

· Strong organizational and time management skills

· Be able to multi-task and be willing to learn
