Job Description

Position Overview:

We are looking for a professional and well-organized individual to join our legal firm as a Public Relations Officer. This role is primarily focused on client communication, public relations, and administrative coordination.

The position involves no core legal work—only basic assistance in handling and organizing documents.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage appointments, meetings, and daily scheduling for the office.
• Handle client coordination, follow-ups, and relationship management.
• Draft and manage routine emails, letters, and official correspondence.
• Provide basic assistance in handling legal documents (no drafting or legal expertise required).
• Coordinate with internal team members to ensure smooth office operations.
• Support administrative functions including billing follow-ups and general office management.
• Maintain strict confidentiality of client and firm-related information.
• Contribute to maintaining a positive and professional public image of the firm.

Eligibility Criteria

• Graduate in any discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of Experience is required.
• Candidates with a background in Journalism / Mass Communication will be preferred.
• Basic understanding of legal documents (preferred but not mandatory).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office and email communication.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, while also functioning as part of a team.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
