Role Description

This is a

full-time remote role

for a Retention Marketer with expertise in WhatsApp marketing.

We are looking for someone with

1 to 4 years of relevant experience.

The Retention Marketer will focus on developing and executing retention strategies to increase customer engagement and lifetime value, with a particular emphasis on

WhatsApp

as a communication channel.

Daily responsibilities will include designing and managing retention campaigns, analyzing customer data to understand behavior, optimizing user experiences and working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to improve customer loyalty and retention outcomes.

Must have skills

• 1to 4 years experience in retention / lifecycle marketing.
• Strong hands-on experience with

WhatsApp marketing tools.

• Proven ability to

drive revenue

through WhatsApp campaigns

• Excellent short-form

copywriting skills

• Comfortable

managing multiple clients

& fast-paced work.

• Strong skills in data analysis and customer behavior insights.

Good to have skills

Experience with email marketing
