Key Responsibilities Guest Engagement: Welcome visitors, explain game rules, pricing and promotion structures, and assist with console, PC, and VR setups. Issue Resolution: Resolve arcade machine malfunctions, card balance issues, and guest complaints instantly. Sales & Cash Handling: Manage the registration desk, sell gaming cards, and promote birthday/corporate packages. Arena Maintenance: Ensure gaming stations, controllers, and headsets are sanitised and organised. Crowd Control: Monitor the gaming floor during peak hours to ensure safety and fair play. Job Requirements Education: Higher Secondary (12th Pass) required; Graduate preferred.
