Fleet Manager

Jacko Logistics is a fast-growing, high-performance logistics company focused on delivering reliable, efficient freight solutions. We’re looking for a driven Fleet Manager / Load Planner who thrives in a fast-paced environment and knows how to keep freight moving.

This is a high-impact role at the core of our operation. You’ll own load planning, optimize capacity, and ensure consistent, on-time service while building strong customer relationships.

Relocation: We are open to relocating the right candidate for this position.

What You’ll Do

• Optimize capacity and build efficient load plans
• Monitor shipments and proactively resolve issues
• Manage trailer pools and balance freight networks
• Forecast volume and maintain strong truck-to-load ratios
• Drive continuous improvement in routing, efficiency, and service execution

What You Bring

• 5+ years of experience in logistics, transportation, or load planning
• Strong experience with McLeod Software (highly preferred)
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and operational awareness
• Analytical mindset with the ability to forecast and optimize
