Experienced Accounting Bookkeeper On-Site

Join a well-established accounting team as an Accounting Bookkeeper with 5+ years of experience. This position is site-based and requires strong expertise in various accounting software. As an Accounting Bookkeeper, you will be responsible for payroll calculations, maintaining financial records, and reconciling accounts with precision.

You will utilize your skills in ACCPAC, QuickBooks, and Excel to create financial reports and prepare tax returns. This role demands attention to detail and the ability to manage tight deadlines effectively. Key Responsibilities:

• Calculate and prepare payroll cheques
• Maintain and balance various financial accounts
• Post journal entries accurately and promptly
• Prepare tax returns and trial balances
• Reconcile financial accounts monthly Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• Minimum 5 years of bookkeeping experience
• Proficiency in ACCPAC and QuickBooks
• Own transportation and valid driver’s license
