Medical customer service representative & Data Entry Clerk

We are urgently hiring for a Medical Customer Service Representative and Data Entry Clerk to join our team on a full-time or part-time basis. This role is essential in providing exceptional support to patients and healthcare providers by managing data accurately and delivering outstanding customer service. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, proficiency in office software, and experience with data management systems.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming calls and respond to patient inquiries with professionalism and empathy
• Enter and update patient information accurately into databases and electronic health records (EHR) systems
• Manage data collection, filing, and documentation to ensure compliance with healthcare regulations
• Maintain organized records using Microsoft Excel, ERP systems, and other office software
• Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and record retrieval
• Support the team with clerical duties including typing, data verification, and document preparation
• Ensure confidentiality of sensitive patient information at all times
• Collaborate with healthcare staff to facilitate smooth communication and data flow

Experience

• Prior office experience, preferably in a healthcare or medical setting
• Familiarity with databases, ERP systems, and Microsoft Excel
• Strong administrative experience including data entry, filing, and clerical tasks
• Proficiency in computer skills such as typing, data collection, and document management
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
• Experience working with medical or healthcare-related data is a plus but not required
• Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
