You will own end-to-end features across a Python, React, and PostgreSQL stack, designing systems that proactively resolve insurance claims. What you will do:

• Design, architect, and implement scalable full-stack solutions using Python and TypeScript/React to power autonomous revenue cycle agents.
• Build and maintain robust APIs and complex data pipelines that process healthcare claims data with high precision and performance.
• Partner directly with Product and Design to prototype and ship customer-facing dashboards that provide deep insights into revenue outcomes.

The ideal candidate:

• Possesses 3+ years of production experience with Python, TypeScript/React, and PostgreSQL in a fast-paced software environment.
• Demonstrates strong systems design expertise and the ability to architect efficient, scalable client-facing applications from the ground up.
• Brings domain experience in healthcare technology or revenue cycle management (RCM) from companies like Cedar, Flatiron, or Oscar Health.
