Jabil Circuit India Ltd. is hiring for the role of Jr. Quality Engineer!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Assist in the inspection of incoming materials, in-process production, and finished products to ensure adherence to quality standards and specifications.
• Support the implementation and maintenance of quality control procedures and documentation.
• Collect and analyze quality data, identifying trends and potential areas for improvement.
• Participate in root cause analysis and corrective action implementation for quality issues.
• Assist in conducting internal audits and supporting external audits to ensure compliance with relevant quality management systems (e.g., ISO).
• Collaborate with production, engineering, and supply chain teams to resolve quality-related problems.
• Maintain accurate and organized quality records, reports, and documentation.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing product quality and manufacturing efficiency.
• Learn and apply various quality tools and methodologies as directed by senior engineers.

Requirements

• Basic understanding of quality control principles and methodologies.
• Familiarity with quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001) is desirable.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to quality and accuracy.
