📝 Rquirements:

• Bachelors degree in Electrical/Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
• 5-8 years of experience in software manufacturing test development/sustaining with enterprise server, storage, or networking products
• 10+ years of relevant experience in software manufacturing test development/sustaining will be considered with some college coursework in lieu of a 4-year degree
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in programming/scripting languages: Python, Java, BASH; experience in C and C++ is a plus
• Linux development expertise, particularly with CentOS/Ubuntu
• Familiarity with hardware automation using Python and industrial communication protocols (Modbus, BACnet, or Ethernet/IP)
• Experience in creating and configuring Virtual Machines (VMs) using VMWare
• Knowledge of networking systems, hardware, software, and protocols, including enterprise Ethernet datacenter switching/routing L1, L2, and L3 (BGP, DHCP Relay, ECMP)
• Experience with code versioning tools (Git preferred)
• Strong understanding of professional software engineering practices across the software development life cycle
• Willingness to travel up to 10% globally as needed

👩‍💻👨‍💻 Your responsibilities are:

• Design and develop test systems and procedures for manufacturing processes, including the creation of test plans, test cases, and test scripts
• Develop and implement automated manufacturing test sequences in Python to validate functional performance, communication protocols, and safety logic of liquid cooling equipment
• Create, validate, release, and maintain test software and scripts for automating the testing process, including controlling test equipment, collecting and analyzing data, and generating reports
• Provide support and maintenance for manufacturing server and rack level test software and infrastructure at production facilities, including implementing minor system configuration changes
• Maintain thorough documentation of test procedures, specifications, and infrastructure
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including hardware engineers, manufacturing engineers, controls engineers, and quality assurance personnel, to ensure alignment on testing requirements and quality standards
• Stay informed on the latest advancements in testing technologies, methodologies, and industry best practices
• Collaborate on the overall test infrastructure and application architectures
