Science Lab Assistant

We are seeking a responsible and detail-oriented Science Lab Assistant to support the science department in maintaining laboratories and assisting teachers during practical sessions. The ideal candidate will ensure that lab equipment and materials are properly organized, safe, and ready for use.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare laboratory equipment and materials for practical classes
• Assist teachers and students during experiments
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the laboratory
• Ensure proper handling, storage, and labeling of chemicals and equipment
• Follow and enforce laboratory safety rules and procedures
• Keep records of lab equipment, chemicals, and inventory
• Report any damages, shortages, or safety hazards
• Dispose of chemical waste safely as per guidelines
• Assist in setting up demonstrations and experiments

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Science (Physics/Chemistry/Biology or related field)
• Basic knowledge of laboratory equipment and safety procedures
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a lab assistant
• Familiarity with school lab operations preferred

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
