• 0.67 per mile Live stop pay : $85 per stop Drop / hook pay : $55 Detention : $20
• 28 per hour (after one hour) Hazmat load : $40 Driver load / unload : $45 Driver assist : $25 Yard checks : $20 per hour Refused delivery : $55 Truck order not used : $35 Crosstown, empty move or empty search : $25 Rail delay, mechanical breakdown, mechanical tractor repositioning or waiting for power unit : $20 per hour Safety training or roundtable meetings : $20
• 25 per hour Overweight rework : $20 per hour Reefer load : $40 Empty move per load : $25 Empty search per hour : $20 Scaling : $10 When a loaded container is taken 20% or moreout-of-route to scale after departure from the rail yard (delivery) or custome facility (pick-up).
