Associate Educational Sales Consultant, Inside Sales

<p>IXL Learning, developer of personalized learning products used by millions of people globally, is seeking an upbeat, focused, high-energy individual to join our Inside Sales team. &nbsp;</p> <p>The ideal candidate will be goal-oriented and tenacious. You will have experience working with technology and assisting customers. We are looking for a self-starter that will support our rapidly growing global customer base.</p> <p>This position requires you to be in our Raleigh, NC, area office.&nbsp;</p> <h4>WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING</h4> <ul> <li>Lead follow up for transactional sales and data input for processing</li> <li>Conduct cold outbound calls and qualify inbound sales leads to communicate IXL's value proposition to new global users and to identify their requirements for the sales team</li> <li>Ensure the timely processing of leads and assist with and support sales campaigns</li> <li>Identify growth opportunities for the sales teams to ensure growth attainment</li> <li>Conduct web application product demonstrations virtually using screen share technology</li> </ul> <h4>WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR</h4> <ul> <li>BA/BS degree</li> <li>Some customer service, inside sales or education experience, preferably within the ed-tech or software industry.</li> <li>A high level of self-motivation, energy, and drive to succeed</li> <li>Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively</li> <li>Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs</li> <li>Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail</li> <li>Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills</li> <li>Excellent verbal (telephone) and written communications skills</li> <li>Understanding of web applications</li> <li>Ability to accommodate various global time zones is a plus</li> <li>Salesforce.com experience is a plus</li> </ul><div class="content-conclusion"><h4>ABOUT IXL LEARNING</h4> <p>IXL Learning is the country's largest EdTech company.
