✅Job Title: IT & Technical Support Engineer (Broadcast)

🔹Location: Delhi (NCR)

🔹Experience Required:8-15 Years

✅Key Responsibilities:

🔹Manage and maintain broadcast systems including Vizrt Engine, Vizrt Database, and vMix servers

🔹Handle installation, configuration, and maintenance of operating systems (Windows/Linux)

🔹 Provide technical support for desktop hardware, software, and peripherals

🔹 Troubleshoot LAN/WAN network issues and ensure smooth connectivity across the organization

🔹 Monitor and maintain servers, storage systems, and backup processes

🔹 Coordinate with editorial and production teams to ensure uninterrupted broadcast operations

• Diagnose and resolve technical faults quickly during live production
• Maintain IT inventory, system updates, and documentation

☑️Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field

🔹 Hands-on experience with Vizrt Engine, Vizrt DB, and vMix server

🔹 Strong knowledge of OS installation, system configuration, and networking fundamentals

🔹 Experience in handling desktop support, LAN issues, and troubleshooting

🔹Ability to work in shifts and handle high-pressure situation
