About the Role
Inkhabar Digital is looking for a dynamic and ground-level Haryanvi Reporter who can create engaging and authentic content in the Haryanvi language. The role involves covering local stories, producing digital-first content, and connecting with the regional audience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Cover local news, crime, politics, social issues, and trending stories from Haryana
- Create video reports, reels, and byte-based content in Haryanvi for digital platforms
- Conduct on-ground reporting, interviews, and vox pops
- Identify viral and region-specific stories relevant to the Haryanvi audience
- Write scripts, captions, and short news copies in Haryanvi/Hindi
- Coordinate with the digital team for timely publishing and packaging of content
- Build and maintain strong local sources and networks
Requirements
- Strong command of Haryanvi language (spoken and written)
- 1–8 years of reporting experience (digital preferred)
- Good understanding of Haryana’s socio-political landscape
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹38,000.00 per month
