Job Description

ITI is looking for a driven Account Manager (New Business & Territory Development) to build and grow a territory serving Ontario and the Greater Toronto Area (GTA).

This is a true hunter role with ownership beyond the first deal. You’ll win net-new customers and then develop those accounts into long-term, high-value relationships. If you enjoy prospecting, opening doors, and expanding accounts over time, this role is for you.

What you’ll do

  • Build a territory from the ground up through proactive prospecting, networking, and partner engagement
  • Identify, win, and develop net-new accounts (land and expand)
  • Generate and manage a strong pipeline through outbound activity, referrals, events, and target account planning
  • Lead discovery conversations and align IT solutions to real business outcomes
  • Create and execute territory and account plans with clear revenue and growth targets
  • Build trusted relationships with customer decision-makers and influencers
  • Collaborate with internal teams and vendor partners on solution design and deal execution
  • Manage opportunities, forecasts, and activity in CRM
  • Ensure a strong post-sale handoff to support long-term customer success and growth

What we’re looking for

  • 5+ years of B2B sales experience, including territory and account development
  • Proven success winning net-new logos and expanding accounts
  • Experience selling technology solutions, services, or managed services
  • Strong knowledge of the Ontario / GTA commercial market
  • Excellent communication skills in English
