Job Role: SAP SD Consultant Lead

Experience: 8+ years

Location: Pune/Bangalore (WFO)

Job Description: Your primary responsibility will be to analyze business requirements, design, configure, and implement SAP SD modules to meet the specific needs of our clients. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders and other SAP functional consultants, to ensure seamless integration and alignment with overall business processes.

Responsibilities

• Requirement Analysis:
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand and document business requirements related to Sales and Distribution processes.
• Conduct workshops and interviews to gather detailed information on current business processes and desired improvements.
• Solution Design:
• Design SAP SD solutions based on business requirements, considering best practices and industry standards.
• Configure SAP SD modules to meet the specific needs of the organization.
• Provide guidance on potential process improvements and optimization opportunities.
• Implementation:
• Lead and actively participate in the implementation of SAP SD modules.
• Collaborate with technical teams for system customizations, data migration, and integration with other SAP modules or third-party systems.
• Conduct testing and validation to ensure the system meets defined business requirements.
• Training and Documentation:
• Develop and deliver training sessions for end-users and key stakeholders.
• Create comprehensive documentation including process flows, configuration guides, and user manuals.
• Support and Maintenance:
• Provide ongoing support for SAP SD solutions post-implementation.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SAP SD functionality.
• Work with the support team to ensure timely and effective issue resolution.
• Continuous Improvement:
• Stay abreast of SAP SD module updates, patches, and new releases.
• Proactively identify opportunities for process improvements and system optimization.
• Participate in knowledge-sharing sessions with the team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an SAP SD Consultant with a focus on implementation.
• In-depth knowledge of SAP SD module functionality, configuration, and integration with other SAP modules.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Certification in SAP SD is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹75,289.08 - ₹1,200,000.75 per month
