Senior ETL Developer (MSSQL and SSIS)
The Senior ETL Developer, MSSQL and SSIS role supports a large scale enterprise transformation initiative focused on modernizing business processes, technology, and data capabilities. This position is responsible for delivering robust data integration solutions that enable accurate and timely access to enterprise information. The role works within a collaborative, cross functional team environment, partnering with technical leads, architects, and business stakeholders to support data migration and integration efforts across multiple business domains.
The position involves designing, developing, testing, and deploying ETL solutions using SQL Server Integration Services and Microsoft SQL Server. Responsibilities include building and maintaining data pipelines, transforming functional requirements into technical solutions, supporting data migration and cleansing activities, and contributing to data repository development. The role also participates in defect resolution, ensures adherence to established development standards, and supports continuous improvement of team processes while operating effectively in fast paced project environments.
Qualifications
- 7 years - Information technology experience
- University degree in Computer Science or Information Technology or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Experience with data migration and extract transform load processes
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
- 5 years - Experience designing, developing, testing, and deploying SQL Server Integration Services packages
- 5 years - Experience with Microsoft SQL Server and complex query design
- 5 years - Experience working with multiple development methodologies such as Agile Scrum and Waterfall
- 5 years - Experience working in fast paced team environments with strong time management and prioritization skills
- 5 years - Experience adhering to and improving team processes
Nice to Have
- 5 years - Experience working within multi vendor team environments
Pay: $75.00-$80.00 per hour
Expected hours: 7.25 per week
