Production / Assembly Technician - OFF Role

Job Description

We are hiring Male and Female Production Line Workers for a leading multinational manufacturing company. Selected candidates will work on fabrication and assembly production lines, ensuring efficient and high-quality production as per company standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work on fabrication and assembly lines as assigned
• Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and work instructions
• Operate basic production tools and equipment safely
• Maintain quality standards and meet production targets
• Ensure cleanliness and safety in the work area
• Report issues or defects to supervisors

Eligibility Criteria:

• Education: Diploma only (Mechanical / Electrical / Electronics / related fields preferred)
• Marks Requirement: Minimum 80% aggregate
• Experience: 1-3 Years
• Fresher or experienced candidates can apply
• Language: Tamil and English
• Basic to minimum English knowledge required to understand SOPs and work instructions

Skills Required:

• Ability to understand and follow instructions
• Basic technical understanding of production processes
• Willingness to work in shifts
• Good teamwork and discipline
• Attention to detail and quality
