Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting customers, promoting products, achieving sales targets, and ensuring a positive shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities
Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Maintain proper display and organization of merchandise in the store.
Provide product information, features, and benefits to customers.
Handle billing, POS transactions, and cash payments if required.
Resolve customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.
Maintain cleanliness and visual merchandising standards in the store.
Keep track of stock levels and inform the store manager for replenishment.
Stay updated on new products, offers, and promotions.
Required Skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
Basic computer/POS knowledge
Qualifications
- Minimum 10+2 / Graduation in any discipline
- 1–3 years of experience in retail sales.
