  • *Job Description**:

ISAAC seeks a Salesforce Administrator to join its dynamic and passionate team and work closely with our business analyst and internal stakeholders.

In this role, you will administer, develop, analyze and enhance Salesforce operations. You will tackle both new projects and enhancement requests using your expertise to analyze, validate, and manage stakeholder requirements.

  • Administer production and sandbox environments
  • Design and develop solutions within Salesforce using Apex and Lightning components
  • Provide end-user support on features and functionality
  • Analyze and debug reported issues
  • Help implement best practices for the administration of Salesforce (i.e.: user access/roles, field/data usage, custom object management, change management)
  • Analyze the impact of upgrades on the current production environment and manage the rollout of upgrades.
  • *Qualifications**:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or any other training combined with relevant working experience
  • Minimum 2 years experience in Salesforce administration and development
  • Proficiency in Lightning components and Apex
  • Experience in Apex and with Salesforce API
  • Salesforce Certified Administrator and/or Platform Developer I.
