Regulatory Compliance Leader in North American Refining Operations

Be a key player in regulatory compliance for refining and supply operations in North America. Your engineering background will help translate complex regulations into actionable, efficient solutions for safe operations.

In this 12-month fixed-term role, you will assess compliance risks, support regulatory reporting, and provide specialist guidance on EHS regulations. Fostering effective stakeholder engagement, you’ll collaborate across functional and jurisdictional lines to bolster compliance initiatives and impact positive outcomes within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough compliance research and information gathering
• Analyze and improve regulatory processes across the board
• Engage with diverse stakeholders for feedback and collaboration
• Foster strong relationships within teams and departments
• Advocate for collaborative influence across multiple levels

Requirements

• 5+ years’ experience in regulatory compliance
• Relevant degree in engineering or equivalent experience
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications
