Leading Fireman

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Leading Fireman to join our team in IRB Infrastructure. The ideal candidate should have 2-3 years of experience, be not exceeding 35 years old, and possess a valid HTV license.

Roles and Responsibility

• Ensure compliance with fire safety regulations and standards.
• Conduct regular fire drills and training sessions for employees.
• Inspect fire extinguishers and other firefighting equipment to ensure they are in good condition.
• Develop and implement emergency response plans.
• Collaborate with other departments to identify and mitigate potential hazards.
• Maintain accurate records of fire incidents and near-misses.

Job Requirements

• Valid HTV license is mandatory.
• Desirable ITI or experience in any fire service.
• Physical standard: Height - Not less than 5 feet 6 inches; Chest - Normal 80Cms, Expanded 85 Cms; Other medical standards applicable for fire service personnel.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and make quick decisions.
• Familiarity with fire safety regulations and standards.
