Role and Responsibility

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive B2B sales and generate new business opportunities within assigned territory.
• Manage complete sales cycle from lead generation to order closure and payment follow-up.
• Conduct client meetings, product presentations, technical demos, and solution-based selling.
• Maintain strong sales pipeline, achieve revenue targets, and provide sales forecasting through CRM.
• Handle quotations, negotiations, key accounts, upselling, and customer relationship management.
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order execution, delivery, and service support.

Must Have Skills:

• B2B / Technical Sales experience
• Industrial product or engineering solution selling
• Client handling & negotiation skills, Lead generation & account management
