Job Description
- 💻 Senior Software Developer (.NET / Azure) – OPS Contract
Location: Toronto, ON (Onsite)
Duration: Contract
We are seeking a Senior Software Developer (10+ years experience) to support development and modernization of the Fiscal IQ financial planning and performance management system for the Ministry of Health.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop software modules using .NET Framework, ASP.NET (Web Forms & MVC)
- Identify system gaps and implement remediation solutions
- Support Azure cloud migration and modernization initiatives
- Develop REST APIs and enterprise integrations
- Create reporting solutions using Power BI, Crystal Reports, and SSRS
- Provide system maintenance, operational support, and documentation
Required Skills
- C#, VB.NET, ASP.NET, MVC, DevExpress
- MS SQL Server and relational database development
- Azure Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI)
- REST APIs, JSON, XML
- Azure DevOps / CI-CD pipelines
- Knowledge of WCAG 2.1 / AODA accessibility standards
Nice to Have
- Public sector or Ministry of Health project experience
- Experience with Azure cloud, Docker, Kubernetes
