Electrical Engineer: Design and Implementation

Join a dynamic team as an Electrical Design Engineer. Focus on creating production drawings and layouts for lighting and electrical distribution in a full-time role. As part of this on-site position, you will prepare detailed designs for institutional and commercial buildings using AutoCAD and/or Revit.

Effective communication and collaboration with various stakeholders, including clients and contractors, are essential. You'll ensure compliance with relevant codes and provide expertise in problem resolution throughout project lifecycles. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop detailed electrical production drawings
• Create specifications and engage in stakeholder meetings
• Ensure adherence to ASHRAE and LEED standards
• Review and confirm shop drawings' adherence
• Produce technical reports and documentation Requirements:
• Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
• Over 5 years of experience in electrical design
• Professional Engineer (P.Eng) certification
• Familiarity with Canadian Electrical Code and other standards
