<p><span data-contrast="auto">The IT Support Technician provides frontline technical support to end users and ensures the reliable operation of end-user computing systems, devices, and basic network infrastructure. This role is responsible for onboarding/offboarding, asset management, and Tier 1–2 helpdesk support, along with assisting in physical infrastructure deployments such as cabling and workstation setup.</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></p>

<li><span data-contrast="auto">Strong knowledge of Windows and macOS environments </span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Familiarity with: </span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Microsoft 365 / Entra ID </span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Endpoint management (Intune or similar) </span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Basic networking knowledge (IP addressing, DHCP, DNS) </span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li>

<p><sub><em>The California annual base salary for this role is currently $33 - $44 an hour. Pay Grades are determined by role, level, location, and alignment with market data. Individual pay will be determined on a case-by-case basis and may vary based on the following considerations: interviews and an assessment of several factors that are unique to each candidate, job-related skills, relevant education and experience, certifications, abilities of the candidate and internal equity. </em></sub></p><div class="content-conclusion"><div style="text-align: left;"><span style="font-size: 8pt;"><strong>ITAR Compliance:</strong></span></div>
