Sr. Fullstack Developer (Node.js)

Roles

• We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Node.js Developer with a strong TypeScript-first mindset, solid backend architecture experience using Fastify, and modern frontend development using React / Next.js
• The ideal candidate is AI-first, highly proactive, and has a go-to ownership attitude — someone who takes initiative, solves problems independently, and leverages AI tools to improve productivity and code quality
• This role involves building scalable APIs, modern web applications, and contributing to architecture decisions across the stack

Responsibility

• Strong proficiency in TypeScript (backend and frontend)
• Backend development using Node.js with modern framework such as Fastify, Hono, Express
• Database design and optimization using PostgreSQL
• Frontend development using React and/or Next.js
• REST API design and implementation
• Authentication & authorization (JWT, session, OAuth/OIDC)
• Experience with modern package managers (pnpm / npm / yarn)
• Git-based development workflow

Requirements

• Comfortable using AI tools (Cursor, Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude etc.)
• Ability to accelerate development using AI-assisted coding
• Experience generating tests, scaffolding, and documentation using AI
• Prompt engineering mindset for development workflows
• Ability to validate AI-generated code and refine output
