ARC The Boutique Hotel is seeking an experienced and passionate Food & Beverage Manager to lead and manage all F&B; operations while delivering an exceptional guest experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily food & beverage operations of the hotel
- Maintain high standards of service, quality, and hygiene
- Plan menus in coordination with the kitchen team
- Monitor inventory, purchasing, and cost control
- Train and supervise F&B; staff for efficient service
- Handle guest feedback and ensure customer satisfaction
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Requirements
- Proven experience as an F&B; Manager in a hotel
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Knowledge of food costing, inventory, and operations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle pressure and manage operations smoothly
Salary:
Best in industry (Based on experience)
Job Types: Full time, Permanent
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
