Senior Security Engineer - Identity & Access Management

Job Description : We are looking for a skilled Security Engineer with strong experience in Identity & Access Management (IAM), authentication/authorization systems, and secrets management. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in SailPoint development, API development, Active Directory engineering, and cloud-based security frameworks. This role involves designing, implementing, and maintaining secure access systems across enterprise and cloud environments.Key Responsibilities : - Design, develop, and maintain secure authentication and authorization mechanisms across enterprise and cloud environments.- Develop and maintain APIs and integrations for identity and access management solutions.- Work on SailPoint development, including customization and implementation using Java Beans.- Engineer and manage cloud authentication and authorization frameworks, including integrations with modern security platforms.- Administer and enhance Active Directory infrastructure, including identity lifecycle management and access policies.- Implement and maintain secrets management solutions using platforms such as AWS, Microsoft Entra, HashiCorp, and CyberArk.- Collaborate with security, infrastructure, and development teams to strengthen enterprise security posture.- Support identity governance, access reviews, and compliance initiatives.- Identify and remediate security vulnerabilities related to identity and access controls.- Contribute to security automation and process improvements within IAM and secrets management frameworks.Required Skills & Qualifications : - 5+ years of experience as a Security Engineer or in a similar cybersecurity/IAM role.- Hands-on experience with SailPoint development, including Java Beans customization.- Strong experience in API development and integration for IAM platforms.- Expertise in cloud authentication and authorization engineering.- Solid experience with Active Directory engineering and administration.- Hands-on experience with Secrets Management tools, including : 1. AWS Secrets Manager2.

Microsoft Entra3. HashiCorp Vault4. CyberArk- Strong understanding of identity governance, access control models, and security best practices.- Familiarity with enterprise security architecture and cloud security frameworks.Preferred Skills : - Experience working with multi-cloud or hybrid cloud environments.- Knowledge of DevSecOps practices and security automation.- Understanding of IAM standards and protocols such as OAuth, SAML, and OpenID Connect.Candidate Availability : Immediate joiners or candidates serving notice period until the end of the month will be preferred (ref: hirist.tech)
