We are seeking a Clinical Specialist to support the use of our software across VA including VA medical centers and associated clinics. This role acts as the clinical subject-matter expert, bridging frontline VA clinicians and internal sales, marketing, product and implementation teams. Responsibilities <ul> <li>Serve as the clinical subject-matter expert for VA customers, supporting new and existing opportunities.</li> <li>Helps in clinical process requirements elicitation. Participate in RFX responses, demonstrations, and customer presentations as a clinical expert.</li> <li>Assess VA clinical workflows and map them to software functionality.</li> <li>Work directly with VA clinicians (physicians, nurses, pharmacists, care coordinators), informatics staff, and clinical leadership.</li> <li>Translate clinical needs and feedback into actionable requirements for internal Sales, Engineering and Product teams.</li> <li>Works with internal teams to translate missing requirements into new product or program capabilities.</li> <li>Support clinical discussions during pre-sales, pilots, and proof-of-concepts as needed communicating to clients how their requirements are fulfilled using InterSystems products.</li> <li>Ensure solutions align with VA clinical standards, policies, and documented requirements.</li> </ul> Required Qualifications <ul> <li>Clinical degree required (RN, NP, PA, MD/DO, PharmD, or other licensed healthcare professional).</li> <li>3–7+ years of clinical practice and/or clinical informatics experience.</li> <li>Clinical domain knowledge within healthcare community.</li> <li>Experience working with electronic health records.</li> <li>Strong communication and presentation skills.</li> </ul> Preferred Qualifications <ul> <li>Active or prior clinical experience within the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs.</li> <li>Prior experience working for a VA contractor or health technology vendor supporting VA.</li> <li>Background in clinical informatics, health IT implementation, or quality improvement.</li> <li>Familiarity with VA clinical workflows, documentation practices, and care models.</li> </ul> Regional Benefits <ul> <li>Comprehensive health/dental insurance plans through BCBS</li> <li>Generous PTO</li> <li>Performance bonus</li> <li>401K Plan w/company profit sharing</li> <li>Continued Learning/Tuition Assistance</li> </ul>   <hr> We are an equal-opportunity employer and do not discriminate because of race, color, religion, sex, national origin, ancestry, marital status, veteran status, age, disability, sexual orientation or gender identity or expression or any other legally protected category.
