Job Title: MS Dynamics CRM Solution Consultant

Location: McLean, VA/ Herndon,VA (Final round in person)

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Microsoft Dynamics CRM Consultant to design, implement, and support scalable CRM solutions for small to mid-sized projects. The ideal candidate will collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, configure solutions, and ensure successful delivery throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions aligned with client business requirements.
• Lead requirement-gathering sessions with stakeholders to define and document functional and technical needs.
• Create detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and implementation documentation.
• Demonstrate system functionality and solution capabilities to business users and leadership teams.
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by preparing test cases and validating solution performance.
• Conduct knowledge transfer sessions and prepare user and administrator documentation.
• Evaluate solution options, comparing declarative configuration vs. custom development approaches.
• Refine project estimates, delivery plans, and timelines across implementation phases.
• Perform impact analysis for scope changes and maintain requirement, configuration, and data-mapping documentation.
• Provide functional and technical expertise to project teams throughout the delivery lifecycle.
• Assist in training development and deliver training to administrators and end users.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 3+ years of CRM implementation experience, including at least 1+ year working with Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
• Hands-on experience with packaged software applications and full project lifecycle implementations.
• Ability to design scalable CRM solutions that meet evolving business needs.
• Strong experience with change management, scope control, and impact analysis.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all organizational levels.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative, team-oriented environment.
• Microsoft Dynamics CRM certifications.
• Experience in training delivery and documentation development.
• Exposure to integrations, data migration, or customization within Dynamics environments.

Pay: From $40.00 per hour
