Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct timely three-point contact for new claims
• Document case details for claim resolution
• Manage action plans for indemnity claims
• Collaborate with medical teams for optimal outcomes
• Review and approve vocational rehabilitation plans

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• Minimum of seven years in claims handling
• Five years in indemnity case management
• Strong understanding of California Labor Code
• Possession of SIP certificate preferred
