As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) within the Long-term Care team at Interior Health, you will perform comprehensive assessments, devise care plans, and deliver personal nursing care. You’ll work in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team while following established guidelines for medication administration and care standards specific to BCCNM.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct patient assessments and implement nursing care plans
• Administer oral and injectable medications thoroughly
• Collaborate effectively with the multidisciplinary healthcare team
• Follow BCCNM standards of practice
• Provide individualized personal care to patients

Requirements

• Valid LPN registration in British Columbia
• Previous experience in healthcare preferred
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
