Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Store / Warehouse Incharge to oversee material management and inventory operations. The role involves ensuring accurate tracking, storage, and timely allocation of materials for ongoing interior projects, while maintaining strong coordination with internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee receipt and dispatch of materials in a systematic and controlled manner
• Maintain daily records of material movement, including site-wise allocation
• Ensure accurate inventory tracking and stock availability at all times
• Update and manage Excel-based MIS reports for stock, consumption, and dispatch details
• Coordinate with the Procurement Team to raise requirements and ensure timely material availability
• Monitor and verify material quantity and quality during receipt and issuance
• Ensure proper storage, organization, and handling of materials within the warehouse
• Conduct periodic stock audits and maintain inventory accuracy
• Support project teams by ensuring timely material readiness as per site requirements

Required Skills & Competencies

• Strong understanding of inventory control and warehouse operations
• Proficiency in MS Excel and basic reporting
• Good coordination and communication skills
• High attention to detail and process-oriented approach
• Basic knowledge of interior materials and hardware will be an added advantage
• Ability to manage tasks in a fast-paced environment

Qualification & Experience

• Graduate / Diploma in any discipline
• 0-2 years of experience in store or warehouse management, preferably in interiors, construction, or related industries
