We are an expanding operation looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to support the movement, tracking, and organization of IT equipment used in daily operations. This is a hands-on role where your work directly supports technicians, project timelines, and overall efficiency.

No prior experience with IT equipment is required — paid training is provided from day one.

What You’ll Do

Coordinate incoming and outgoing shipments of IT equipment

Track inventory including routers, switches, servers, and related hardware

Prepare shipping labels, packing lists, and shipment documentation

Communicate with vendors, carriers, and internal teams

Monitor deliveries and help resolve delays, shortages, or discrepancies

Maintain accurate inventory records and stock levels

Organize storage areas for efficient access and handling

Stage equipment for technicians, installations, and field teams

Support daily warehouse and logistics operations

Qualifications

Previous experience in logistics, shipping, warehouse coordination, or inventory control is a plus

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Comfortable using computers, spreadsheets, and inventory systems

Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

Team-oriented with good communication skills

Experience with technical equipment is a plus, but not required
