Machine Operator/Process Worker

About the Role

We are looking for a skilled Machine Operator and Helper to manage our sheet metal section. You will be responsible for operating and programming a variety of high-end laser cutting and bending machines. Your goal is to ensure high production quality, efficient material use, and smooth daily operations.

Your Main Tasks

• Machine Operation: Set up and run Laser Cutting and Bending machines independently.
• Reading Drawings: Understand technical drawings to ensure parts are cut and bent exactly to size.
• Nesting & Programming: Use software to arrange parts on metal sheets to save material and generate NC files.
• Quality & Maintenance: Adjust machine settings for the best finish and perform daily cleaning and minor repairs.
• Coordination: Work with the engineering and stores team to meet production targets.

Machine Details

You will be working with the following machines and software:

1. Laser Cutting Machines:

• TRUMPF LASER (Germany): Model No. 4030 L (4 KW / 2 x 4 Meter / CO2 Media)
• AMADA MACHINE (Japan): Model No. 2510 NT
• HANS LASER (China): Fiber Laser (2 x 4 Meter)

2. Bending Machines:

• TRUMPF BENDING: Model No. V320
• HACO BENDING: Model No. HACO 175 TON

3. Software:

• AUTONEST & AP100 (Amada)

What We Are Looking For

• Education: ITI, Diploma, or Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Experience: 5 to 8 years of hands-on experience with these specific machines.
• Skills: Strong knowledge of machine operations, margins, nesting, and engineered drawings.
• Joining: Immediate joiners are preferred.
