RegularDescriptionJoin our teamWelcome to our dynamic and fast-paced team, driving marketing opportunities in the multi-dwelling unit (MDU) space.

Our primary focus lies in capturing partnership agreements, specifically in Residential existing MDU footprints.

We do this by connecting with key stakeholders in the residential property management and condominium industry and collaborating with them to support the implementation of various programs for the asset owners and the tenants living onsite.

If you are the successful candidate, your role will be pivotal in joining forces with the team focused on opportunities in Ontario.

You will execute partnership opportunities through cross collaboration with both internal and external channels.

You will actively negotiate and support various size ownership groups, builder and property management relationships, often leading the conversation at a C-suite level.

You are often the single point of contact, ensuring white glove service is provided to our partners every time.

Your expertise will be crucial in supporting the development and execution of this strategic program and, ultimately, increase product penetration across existing properties and long standing operational portfolios.

Your leadership skills, innovative sales support strategies, strong focus on executional excellence will play a key role in maintaining the positive growth trajectory of our portfolio.

The role includes executing partnership opportunities, cross-functional collaboration, negotiations with ownership groups and property management relationships, and acting as the primary point of contact to provide high-level service to partners.

QualificationsWhat you bringProven account management experience.

This is a combination of hunting and farming role so you should have experience managing existing accounts but also pursuing incremental opportunities to grow the portfolioKnown to be a champion of a positive team culture prioritizing team support, coaching, professional development and goal settingDemonstrated ability to articulate business challenges and strategic priorities to internal and external stakeholdersNoted for delivering superior communication, presentation and storytelling abilities; able to craft clear, concise and compelling messages within a story at an executive level anchored in performance metricsOpenness to adapt to changing business needs and can handle ambiguity wellAbility to travel up to 50% of the time to territory specific cities in OntarioGreat-to-haves:

Demonstrated success as a sales executive, with a proven track record of growing a funnel of new businessPre-existing relationships in the developer, builder and/or property management community that could be leveraged as a starting point in connecting with prospects and solidifying partnerships early onExperience working with General Contractors, Vendor relations, Electrical contractors OR have a background in the construction industry or tenant experienceStrong stakeholder management with the ability to traverse complex stakeholder landscapes to manage conflicting prioritiesExperience in SFDC, JIRA and G-Suite toolsWorking knowledge of TELUS consumer channels, marketing and sales organizationsMastery level proficiency in both English and FrenchSalary Range:

$70,000-$130,000Performance Bonus or Sales Incentive Plan:

12%Actual total compensation will be determined based on factors such as knowledge, skills, performance and experience.
