About This Opportunity

IntelliStaff is responding to a Government of Nunavut Standing Offer Agreement (SOA) for Information & Application Management Support Services and is seeking qualified Senior Network Engineers to be included in our proposed consultant roster.

This posting is not associated with an immediate contract award. Inclusion in this roster positions consultants for consideration on future assignments should IntelliStaff be successfully awarded the Standing Offer Agreement.

Participation does not guarantee work. However, inclusion enables priority consideration for future call-ups aligned with your expertise.

High-Level Role Overview

Senior Network Engineers included under this Standing Offer will provide advanced enterprise network engineering expertise in support of LAN/WAN modernization, SD-WAN optimization, and secure cloud-integrated network architectures.

Assignments may involve:

• Enterprise LAN/WAN design and optimization
• SD-WAN implementation and multi-path routing strategies
• Satellite-based and remote community network environments
• Cloud-integrated and identity-based networking solutions
• Network modernization and infrastructure transformation initiatives

Consultants must be capable of operating at a senior technical level, providing Tier-3 escalation support, and leading major incident response activities in complex and geographically distributed environments.

Work may be performed remotely, on-site in Iqaluit, or in a hybrid model. Travel to other Nunavut communities may be required depending on assignment needs.

Desired Qualifications & Experience

Consultants being considered for this role should demonstrate experience such as:

• 3–5+ years supporting enterprise LAN/WAN environments
• Strong experience in routing, switching, WAN optimization, and SD-WAN technologies
• Advanced troubleshooting capabilities in highly integrated network environments
• Experience working in satellite networking or remote community WAN environments
• Ability to design and document enterprise network architectures (HLDs and LLDs)
• Experience developing engineering standards, migration strategies, and operational procedures
• Experience supporting secure, cloud-integrated, and identity-based network architectures
• Ability to lead major incident response efforts and provide Tier-3 technical expertise
• Strong technical communication and leadership skills

Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field — or equivalent experience.

CCNP Enterprise certification is required.

Certifications such as CCIE, PCNSE, Zscaler, ITIL, or related advanced networking certifications are considered assets.

Experience in public sector, remote, or complex geographic environments is considered an asset.

Submission Process & Expectations

To be considered for inclusion in IntelliStaff’s proposed roster, interested consultants will be provided with a structured submission package, including a detailed Skills Matrix template specific to the Senior Network Engineer role.

This is not a simple resume submission process.

The Skills Matrix and supporting documentation are designed to ensure:

• Full compliance with Government of Nunavut RFP requirements
• Accurate representation of your experience
• Strong positioning during evaluation scoring
• Proper alignment to service categories and role levels

Completing the submission requires thoughtful and detailed responses. Only consultants who complete the required documentation in full and submit by Tuesday, February 24th will be eligible for inclusion in the final roster submission.
