<p style="text-align: center;"><strong>ServiceNow Developer</strong></p> <p><strong>Location:</strong> Washington, DC (onsite)</p> <p><strong>Clearance:</strong> Active Secret (TS Preferred)</p> <p><strong>Salary:</strong> $115,000 – $145,000</p> <p><strong>Type:</strong> Exempt</p> <p><strong>About This Role</strong></p> <p>A ServiceNow Developer is needed to support a mission‑focused federal program in Washington, DC. This fully onsite role involves designing, developing, and enhancing ServiceNow applications and integrations in a secure environment. An active Secret clearance is required on day one.</p> <p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Design, develop, and customize ServiceNow applications, modules, and workflows.</li> <li>Build and maintain scripts, UI policies, business rules, client scripts, and automation.</li> <li>Develop integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and other data exchange methods.</li> <li>Support upgrades, patches, and platform enhancements.</li> <li>Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.</li> <li>Troubleshoot issues, optimize performance, and ensure platform security and compliance.</li> <li>Maintain documentation and support end users as needed.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Required Qualifications</strong></p> <ul> <li>Active Secret clearance (TS preferred).</li> <li>3+ years of hands‑on ServiceNow development experience.</li> <li>Bachelor in computer science or related field.</li> <li>Strong proficiency with JavaScript, Glide API, Flow Designer, and ServiceNow scripting.</li> <li>Experience with ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, CMDB, and Service Catalog.</li> <li>Familiarity with ITIL processes and secure federal environments.</li> <li>Ability to work onsite in Washington, DC.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Preferred Qualifications</strong></p> <ul> <li>ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) or System Administrator (CSA).</li> <li>Experience with ServiceNow integrations, MID Server, and Discovery.</li> <li>Background supporting federal agencies or classified environments</li> </ul> <p><strong>About Us</strong></p> <p>IntelliDyne, LLC empowers government organizations through the delivery of quality, mission-aligned services and innovative, people-first IT solutions.
