The Client is a leading multi-brand technology solutions provider to business, government, education and healthcare customers in the United States, the United Kingdom and Canada. For the trailing twelve months ended March 30, 2023, the company generated Net sales over $22 billion.

Design, develop, and optimize complex Salesforce solutions using Apex, LWC, Flows, and platform configuration.

Lead end‑to‑end implementation of Salesforce features across Sales Cloud/Service Cloud.

Translate business requirements into technical designs and guide teams on best practices.

Mentor engineers, review code, and ensure high‑quality technical delivery.

Drive troubleshooting, performance tuning, and solution optimization.

Contribute to Agile processes and maintain clear, structured technical documentation.

5+ years of hands‑on experience building and maintaining Salesforce solutions.

• Strong expertise in Sales Cloud / Service Cloud and standard Salesforce configuration.
• Ability to support non‑technical teams and translate business needs into technical solutions.
• ability to work in Agile teams.
• Experience with ETL / data flows (Informatica or similar) is a plus.
• Salesforce certifications are a plus.
