ITC is a Woman Owned Small Business delivering exceptional consultation to the U.S. Government in Systems/Software Engineering, Cybersecurity Solutions, Mission Operations/INTEL Analysis, and Management Services in order to enable our customers to solve the most challenging problems. With continued growth comes opportunity, and we are currently searching for a Top-Secret SCI with polygraph-cleared Senior-Level Technical Writer. This position is Part Time and expected to be 20hrs/week.

Responsibilities

As a Technical Writer, you will be responsible for the preparation, review, revision, and maintenance of technical documents including software and systems engineering, system operations, testing, and user documentation. Writes and edits technical documentation for all of the project ' s hardware and software to include installation, configuration and how-to documentation. Creates code documentation for software; produces implementation guides and end¬ user guides for capabilities; provides fie d, data definition, and data flow documentation and formats technical publications from pamphlets, technical drawings, and consultations with technical personnel and other available resources.

Requirements

  • TS/SCI with Poly required. (FS desired).
  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business discipline from an accredited college or university is required.
  • Eight (8) years’ experience as a TW in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity is required.
  • A Master’s degree may be substituted for two (2) years of experience, reducing the requirement to six (6) years of experience.
  • Four (4) years of additional TW experience may be substituted for a bachelor’s degree.

Many factors can influence final salary including, but not limited to relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. Final salary can also be influenced by a position’s geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories, and contract wage rates.

The salary Range for this position is: $125,000-140,000
